MIC REMOTE

리모컨의 많은 기능 중에 사용자들의 눈에 쉽게 띄지 않는다거나 한번도 사용해보지 않았다는 낯선 인식에 의해 쓰이지 않고 있는 점을 감안하여, 사용하지 않는다고 하여 무조건적으로 편의 기능을 축소 시키는 것이 아닌 적재적소에 위치 시켜 활용하는 경험을 주는 것을 중요한 요소로 버튼을 중점적으로 적용하였다.

There are many remote controls that have a lot of buttons. But we just use only buttons which are familiar with us. Some of the button is what we've never used before because we've never known their exist or been unfamiliar with. That is why we designed a new remote control which is focused on real usability to reduce dumped buttons. We replaced important buttons to the right place to use it easily based on user experiences.

기존의 음성인식 기능이 포함된 제품들의 경우 (예: AI, 스마트폰, 둥둥) 허공에 이야기를 하는 듯한 느낌을 주기 때문에 음성인식률을 높이기 위해 사용자들이 큰 목소리로 이야기를 하는 경우가 많으며, 사용자들이 깊은 관심을 갖지 않으면 리모콘에 마이크 및 음성인식 기능을 지원한다는 정보를 알기 어렵다. 때문에 리모컨 디자인에서 음성 인식 기능이 담긴 듯한 디자인 포인트를 활용해 주는 것과 더불어 리모컨을 통해 다양한 컨텐츠로 접근하는 것을 쉽게 하기 위한 것을 목표로 두었다.

In the case of a product including a speech recognition function (for example, AI, smartphone, fluffy) gives a feeling of talking in the empty space, that makes the user speak in a loud voice in order to increase the voice recognition rate. And also, it is difficult to obtain the information supported by the microphone and the voice recognition function on the remote control unless the user has a deep interest. For that reasons, we aimed to design that users can find easily that this product has a speech recognition function as well as access to various contents.

TV와 셋탑의 전원 및 음량 컨트롤 방식을 통합하여 해당 기기 선택 후 기존의 버튼을 활용하는 방식으로 통합 변경하였고.컬러버튼, VOD재생 관련 버튼을 이동버튼과 통합하여 기존의 사용자들이 헷갈리지 않는 선에서 변경.편성표 및 즐겨찾기 버튼을 채널 부근으로 이동하여, 해당기능이 더 잘 활용되도록 배치하였다.
B tv로 진입하고 난 뒤부터 화면과 리모컨을 번갈아 보고 버튼의 위치를 찾는 것을 방지하기 위하여, B tv 화면 구성과 버튼 구성을 맞추는 아이디어 활용하여 즐겨찾기, User, SNS버튼을 활용하여 개인 맞춤형 컨텐츠 지원이 가능해짐. 최근 많은 사용자들이 SNS를 통해 짤방을 많이 시청하고 있는데 이렇게 짧게 보던 짤방을 기억하고 B tv의 컨텐츠를 활용하여 풀영상을 보도록 유도하였다.

Recently a lot of users remembered the short clubbang that was watching lots of verbal videos through SNS, and induced to watch the full video by utilizing the contents of B tv.
